Complete surveys on a daily basis for the designated time period.

 

Create Time Survey

  • Click the “Complete the Current Time Survey” Link
  • Click on each day of the week to track time worked.
    • Be sure to enter the number of hours you work per day (noted at the top of the screen) in the appropriate activities.  Complete survey according to training received.
  • Include 1-3 samples for codes: 4,6,8,10,12,14,15.  Samples can be entered after clicking the “Next” button when all hours for the day have been entered.
  • When all days have been entered, click the “Review Draft” button to review a draft version of the report.
  • Make changes online as necessary by clicking the link for the appropriate day.
  • When everything looks satisfactory, click the “Submit” button.  You will not be able to change the survey after clicking the Submit button unless the JPA unsubmits, please call 866.235.9797 (Toll Free) or 209.558.4100 Ext. 102.
  • You may print at that point, or click the "User Home" link and follow the instructions below.

 

Print/Review Time Survey

            Click the “Review/Print Time Surveys” Link.

            For the survey: click View/Print Report

            File and Print as you would normally

 

To return to the initial menu selections (complete time survey/review/print time survey), click on the User Home text
at the top of the screen.
