The NMAS-JPA was created in 2004 to ensure school districts retained
as much MAA reimbursement as possible and to provide exemplary
customer service. Our motto was "schools supporting schools."
The January 2015 implementation of the new Random Moment Time Study (RMTS) methodology requires the Regional LEC Coordinators to administrator the SMAA RMTS program. Due to this change in the program, the NMAS-JPA Board of Directors approved dissolution of the NMAS-JPA at its September 4th, 2014 Full Board Meeting. Sadly, the NMAS-JPA will be closing its offices December 31, 2014.
Stanislaus County Office of Education, the administrative unit for the NMAS-JPA, will continue to support your district for all prior years through 2013-2014. You may contact them through the website at www.easymaa.org or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. It has been a sincere pleasure working with all our LEA MAA Coordinators through the years and wish you all the best in the future.
